Together, we look at your question and what yoga, meditation, breathing techniques can do for you. A coaching programme can vary according to your time, budget and needs and can include the following components:
- Coaching sessions (talks) in preparation, conclusion and in between.
- Private yoga classes in the studio or at your home.
- Homework assignments with short yoga exercises, breathing techniques and/or meditation.
- Advice on supportive techniques in nutrition, relationships, communication or daily habits.
- Advise and support for a personal 40-day practice.
